After you inquire and we’ve confirmed availability, we kick things off with a discovery call to get to know you, your event, and your aesthetic values. We ask the right questions- not just about your vision and wishlist, but about what matters to you, how you want your guests to feel, and how we can create something that’s true to your story.

This phase is also about alignment. We believe the best collaborations happen when there’s trust, shared creative energy, and clear communication. If the vibe’s right and the vision is exciting, we'll move forward with creating a detailed and comprehensive design proposal.

Once we’re aligned on vision and values, we begin building your custom floral concept. This isn’t just a mood board- it’s a strategic, sensory-driven design plan that considers your venue, season, color story, and the emotional tone of your event.

If the proposal feels like a hell yes (and we hope it does), we’ll lock it in with a signed contract and 30% retainer. This makes your date ours - and sets everything in motion to design something unforgettable.

This is the behind-the-scenes stretch where the magic starts to take shape. We start planning our flower order, source vessels & hard goods, map out installations, and coordinate with your planner or vendor team to ensure every detail is accounted for.

A few months out, we’ll schedule a design check-in call to revisit your proposal, confirm the floral vision still aligns, and review your updated invoice and event timeline. If needed, we’ll also coordinate a reception mock-up so you can see the design come to life and feel confident in how it will translate in the space.

The week of your event, we’re all in. From 4 am market runs and flower processing to on-site production and installation, our studio shifts entirely into design mode. Every stem is conditioned, every design is built, and every detail is handled with care.

On the event day, we’re adding finishing touches to the personals, packing vehicles, managing installs, and adapting in real time to make sure your florals land exactly as intended. This is where the vision becomes reality and where your trust in us pays off.
